Meet Chef Greg
Chef Gregory Thompson was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in a family of great cooks, both male and female. With a developed love for cooking, he became a cook in the US Navy, by default.

After the Navy he rekindled his cooking chops by becoming a very successful cookie baker, which he parleyed into a successful catering business. In 1999 he moved to Atlanta where he served in multiple culinary positions, until he found his niche as a private celebrity chef and event caterer. Chef Greg has had the privilege of serving many celebrities and working on three television shows, Family Feud, The Steve Harvey Project, and Verses and Flow. He has created palette pleasing and beautifully styled food for numerous high end social events in Atlanta. He has also had the pleasure of serving as private chef for NBA All star Tracy McGrady. He currently is the executive Chef for The Chip Smith Performance Systems a NFL Combine training facility. Chef Greg is the owner and executive chef of the Box Lunch Company in Atlanta.
